I enjoy bringing music into people’s lives.

I have been working in the audio industry for over 25 years. Before joining Amazon in November 2020, my work history included time at Boston Acoustics, Bose, Tymphany, FNEA as a consultant, Sonos, Goertek, and most recently at DropLabs, a startup in the Los Angeles area. I’ve been an individual contributor, a manager of projects, and a manager and mentor of engineering teams, both in the US and in China. Along the way, I’ve had the joy of working on some innovative audio products, and with some fantastic colleagues. My technical expertise areas lie in loudspeaker and audio transducer engineering, multiphysics computer modeling and analysis, mechanical engineering, reliability, manufacturing engineering, and applied magnetics.
